The Role

Working closely with Talent Acquisition Advisors, Hiring Managers, and the wider business, you will deliver a professional and efficient recruitment administration service, supporting candidates through the recruitment lifecycle as well as a range of data and process management activities for new temporary joiners.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage job postings and applicant tracking – Create and publish vacancies, ensuring roles are accurately advertised in the ATS (SmartRecruiters)
  • Coordinate interviews and scheduling – Arrange interviews, manage calendars, book rooms, and liaise with hiring managers and candidates across the UK and internationally
  • Support the candidate experience – Act as a key point of contact, ensuring a professional, welcoming experience at every stage.
  • Support hiring managers with guidance on recruitment processes, ensuring compliance, consistency, and timely approvals.
  • Maintain recruitment data and documentation – Keep candidate records up to date, track progress, and ensure all paperwork is accurate and complete.
  • Source and pipeline candidates – Use job boards, databases, and social media to identify and attract potential talent.
  • Monitor and improve processes by resolving queries, identifying gaps, and supporting efficient hiring workflows.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment and workforce data, including contingent worker onboarding, reporting, and data cleansing activities
  • Generate regular reports, identifying inconsistencies or missing data, and take action to improve data accuracy and process efficiency.

The salary for this role is £29,328. Onsite working is expected for 3 days a week, however, we actively support requests for flexible working.

This role will be based from our Culham, Oxfordshire site.

This role requires employees to complete an online Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS), including The Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) checks for criminal convictions and possibly a search of open source data.

Essential Requirements:

  • Strong recruitment administrative experience
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident IT user with experience of systems and applicant tracking systems
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a process-driven environment
