To fuel our rapid growth and international expansion, we are seeking a highly motivated Digital Platforms & Web Manager. In this pivotal role, you will own and shape our digital ecosystem, helping to define the digital future of one of Europe’s most exciting deep-tech companies.

Your Role:

You will be responsible for building, managing, and continuously enhancing Focused Energy’s external and internal digital platforms.

This comprehensive role blends website ownership, web development coordination, digital platform management, digital communications, digital marketing, social media strategy, user experience optimization, and digital innovation.

By working closely with Communications, Government Relations, HR, Business Development, Engineering, and Leadership teams, you will ensure Focused Energy is positioned as a world-class technology company across all digital channels.

You will create the digital backbone that supports our growth, visibility, recruiting, stakeholder engagement, and internal collaboration.

Your Responsibilities:

Website & Digital Presence

  • Own and manage Focused Energy’s corporate website as the primary platform for digital communication
  • Lead ongoing development, optimization, and expansion of the website
  • Coordinate website updates, content publishing, SEO, and performance optimization
  • Oversee web development projects and manage external developers, agencies, and service providers
  • Design and implement new website features, landing pages, and digital experiences
  • Support recruiting, events, public affairs, investor relations, and corporate communications with dedicated web solutions
  • Enhance website user experience (UX), functionality, accessibility, and analytics
  • Ensure website performance, security, scalability, and compliance with standards
  • Develop and execute long-term roadmap for the website and digital platforms
  • Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all digital channels

Digital Marketing & Communications

  • Plan and execute digital communication and marketing initiatives
  • Drive recruitment, public affairs, investor relations, and corporate communications through digital channels
  • Manage SEO, SEM, digital advertising, and online visibility
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, and develop optimization strategies
  • Build and maintain digital reporting dashboards and KPIs

Social Media & Content Distribution

  • Manage Focused Energy’s social media presence on LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Develop and execute integrated social media strategies aligned with key business objectives
  • Create and manage content calendars and publishing plans
  • Optimize content for performance, audience growth, and engagement
  • Monitor digital trends and emerging platforms
  • Analyze social media performance and recommend improvements
  • Coordinate strategic content planning with cross-functional teams
  • Enhance executive visibility and thought leadership via digital channels

Intranet & Internal Digital Platforms

  • Own and improve the company intranet and internal digital platforms
  • Develop tools and solutions that enhance internal communication, collaboration, and knowledge sharing
  • Support employee engagement through digital platforms
  • Partner with HR and leadership to streamline internal information flows

Digital Innovation & AI

  • Identify and assess emerging digital and AI technologies
  • Support the rollout of AI-powered tools and digital solutions company-wide
  • Explore automation and workflow optimization opportunities
  • Contribute to the advancement of internal knowledge management and collaboration
  • Drive digital innovation throughout the organization

Analytics & Performance

  • Monitor and analyze website, intranet, social media, and campaign performance
  • Develop KPI frameworks and reporting structures
  • Generate actionable insights and recommendations
  • Use data to inform and drive continuous digital improvement

Your Profile:

Required

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 3+ years’ experience in web management, digital platforms, digital communications, digital marketing, or similar roles
  • Proven track record managing and developing corporate websites and digital platforms
  • Solid understanding of SEO, web analytics, user experience, and digital marketing
  • Experience coordinating web development projects and working with external agencies
  • Experience in planning and managing social media activities and content distribution
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities
  • Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Hands-on, proactive, and solution-driven approach
  • Excellent English communication skills

Highly Desired

  • Experience with popular CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Drupal, TYPO3)
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Background in website architecture, UX design, and digital product development
  • Experience with intranet and digital workplace platforms
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing systems
  • Experience with AI tools and digital productivity solutions
  • Understanding of automation and workflow optimization tools
  • Experience managing corporate social media, particularly LinkedIn
  • Expertise developing social media strategies and content plans
  • Knowledge of digital storytelling, audience engagement, and content analytics
  • Experience supporting executive communications and thought leadership
  • Understanding of website optimization, accessibility, and best practices
  • German language skills
