Fusion Safety and Regulation Training Course

The Fusion Safety and Regulation Course is a three-day course in Knoxville, Tennessee, held immediately before the East Tennessee Economic Council’s Nuclear Opportunities Workshop. It convenes fusion-energy experts to address fusion-device safety, commercial-fusion regulation, safety culture, tritium handling, cryogenic systems, and activated materials and waste. An optional free August 3 extension offers tours of Oak Ridge National Laboratory laboratories, subject to availability and administrative requirements.
