Job description
  • Development of tokamak components and its diagnostic systems in cooperation with physicists and engineers
  • Creation of 3D models and assemblies in CAD software CATIA V5-6
  • Collaboration on the preparation of 2D production drawings
  • Optimisation of the design in cooperation with ANSYS analysts
  • Communication and cooperation with external suppliers and companies
  • Close cooperation with technicians in the assembly of new equipment
What knowledge and skills should the candidate have
  • University of mechanical engineering
  • Orientation in engineering drawings, knowledge of related standards
  • Knowledge of CATIA V5-6
  • Responsibility, diligence, independent initiative in solving development tasks
  • Good oral and written communication in English
It will be an advantage if the candidate can
  • Knowledge of materials specifically usable in vacuum and cryogenic technology
  • Experience with basic FEM calculations
