ILIOS Consortium is the construction partner for the UK’s STEP (Spherical Tokamak for Energy Production) programme to develop a prototype fusion power plant at West Burton, Nottinghamshire. Led by a joint venture between Kier and Nuvia, with support from AECOM, AL_A and Turner & Townsend, it supports the design and construction of site buildings, infrastructure and facilities, as well as programme planning, site management and project controls.
