Peak Nano is an advanced materials company focused on dielectric films for fusion‑class capacitors. Founded in 2016 out of collaborative research with Case Western Reserve University, DARPA, and the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory, Peak Nano engineers NanoPlex™, a proprietary nanolayered film platform protected by 20+ global patents.

For fusion developers, NanoPlex HDC and LDF replace conventional films that cannot meet required life, temperature, and duty cycles. NanoPlex HDC targets laser ICE systems with higher energy density, low impedance, and thermal endurance for high shot rates, while NanoPlex LDF serves magnetic confinement platforms with high‑temperature, long‑life dielectric performance.

Through its Films as a Service model and partnerships with capacitor manufacturers such as E&P Technologies, Peak Nano delivers custom fusion‑grade films in 6–10 weeks. Engineered and manufactured in the U.S. with an allied‑nation supply chain, Peak Nano is a domestic supplier of advanced dielectric films designed to support fusion commercialization.
